Mr. Buckle has mainly worked as a finance executive with high growth public companies in the manufacturing sector with roles in corporate finance, M&A, and financial oversight and reporting. Mr. Buckle also worked in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. |

Mr. LaGourgue has served in senior management and directors’ roles for public companies since 2009. Mr. LaGourgue assists in business development, partnerships, sales and overseas the Company's capital markets strategies and corporate communications. |
Brent PhillipsVice President SalesMr. Phillips joined Vicinity Motor Corp. in 2021 to lead sales efforts across North America for the Company. He brings over three decades of broad experience in the commercial vehicle industry, focused mainly on commercial bus and truck applications.
